Restocking Fees
To cover the costs associated with processing returned items back into our inventory, we apply a restocking fee based on the original price of the item, not the sale price. The fee structure is as follows:
- Commercial Locations: 20% of the item's original cost
- Residential Locations: 30% of the item's original cost
Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
Most regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. In order for a product to be returned, it must be intact and unopened, and customers must provide proof of this condition. Once verification is complete, our customer support agent will proceed with the refund process. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Consumable Products: For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable products.
- Customizable Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable.
- Special Order Products: Items that are special orders or shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be eligible for return.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, a return credit will be issued to the original payment method, except in cases where payment was made by wire transfer, check, ACH, or through a leasing agreement ("Alternative Payment Method"). Refunds for payments made through an Alternative Payment Method will be issued as store credit. For details, please review our Store Credits terms and restrictions.
Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and you are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
Returns for Consumable Products
For the safety of our customers and to maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on consumable items. This policy ensures that all consumable products remain safe, untampered with, and within their proper shelf life.
